Most catering items are prepared fresh and may be packed chilled or ready-to-serve depending on the item; any reheating or serving instructions will be provided with your order when applicable. This is one of the reasons why we ask about your contact information being updated.
Keeping your contact details current helps deliver exactly the service you expect. When your name, phone number, and email are accurate, it is easy to confirm order details, send updates, and resolve any questions quickly.
Payment is usually completed online after confirming the order; shortly you will receive a link to pay online.
If your order is placed during business hours, you will receive a response within 1 hour. If your order is placed outside business hours, you will be contacted at the start of the next working shift.

It is recommended to place catering orders at least 24–48 hours before your pickup time, especially for large orders, so everything can be prepared fresh and on time.
Arrive at your selected pickup time and check in with the catering or service counter; staff will locate your order, review it with you, and help you get everything to your vehicle if needed.
Your order is typically held until close of business; if you are delayed, contact the store so they are aware of your new estimated pickup time.
